Your trainers are both Certified Personal Trainers as well as CPR/AED certified.
Corri is a former swimmer and triathlete, and overall fitness enthusiast that loves a challenge. She enjoys lifting, running, and yoga. She is also a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, Certified Nutritionist, & PN-Level 2 Master Coach.

Corey is a former professional football player as well as track/field athlete, tennis player, and competitive cheerleader. He enjoys heavy lifting, loves everything sports, and believes in
