Who are the workouts for?Our workouts are designed to provide an inclusive and supportive workout environment for ALL fitness levels, and our trainers will work with you to modify or progress the workout to meet you where you're at in your fitness journey.

What can I expect from my workout?Expect a well-rounded and dynamic workout experience with a focus on full-body strength. Our workout program is intended to be progressive, fun, challenging, and adaptable for all fitness levels while focusing on proper form, fostering community, providing support and accountability, and providing results with consistency. Communicate your goals and any health considerations with your trainers to ensure workouts are tailored to your needs.

What should I bring with me to the workout?A water bottle, sweat towel, and a smile! All other equipment and weights will be provided.

What other equipment can I expect to use?Expect to use a variety of equipment at our gym including free weights, power rack, cable machine, resistance bands, slam balls, suspension trainers, plyo boxes, battle ropes, rower, treadmill, and more!

Why workout outdoors?Working out outdoors offers a wide range of benefits compared to exercising exclusively indoors. It challenges the body, and fresh outdoor air can invigorate the mind and body, helping relieve stress and tension, and enhancing overall mood and mental clarity.

What should I bring with me to the workout?A fitness mat, water bottle, sweat towel, a set of dumbbells (if you have them), and a smile! All other equipment and weights will be provided.
